This Privacy Policy explains how Tellify ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our web push notifications platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details on our servers.
On behalf of our customers, the Service stores web push subscriptions collected from their website visitors. A subscription includes a browser-provided push endpoint, encryption keys, and technical metadata (such as user agent and approximate timezone). We do not require the end subscriber's name or email.
We collect logs and analytics about how the Service is used — including delivery status, campaign performance, IP addresses, and device information — to operate and improve the platform.
For subscriber data collected through your website, you are the data controller and Tellify acts as a data processor. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from your subscribers and for maintaining your own privacy notice.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and payment processors), and when required by law or to protect our rights.
We retain account and subscriber data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a subscriber or close your account, the associated data is removed from our production systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal and backup retention requirements.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
