These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tellify web push notifications platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or its users at risk.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required to send push notifications to your subscribers and for complying with applicable laws, including data-protection and electronic-communications regulations.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current period.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Tellify and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content and subscriber data you provide.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tellify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
